nairātmā-sādhana
Nairatma practice
[Having performed] the previously proclaimed rituals, [meditate] on emptiness. Thereafter, [visualize] a dark blue syllable aṁ upon a moon disc. From it emerge a chopping knife, a seed syllable, rays of light, and so forth. Once the preliminary actions are complete, [visualize] Nairatmya, positioned in a dancing posture with legs half-crossed upon the moon disc at the heart of a corpse. She is black and has one face. Her brown hair rises upwards. Akshobhya rests as an ornament upon her head. Her fangs are bared, and her tongue is in motion. Her right [hand] holds a chopping knife; her left holds a kapala and a khatvanga-staff. Her three eyes are round and red. She is fully adorned with the five mudras.
Then, [visualize] the syllables "oṁ āḥ hūṁ" at the crown, throat, and heart. On the handle of the chopping knife—[positioned] upon the moon disc at the heart contemplate the syllable āṁ. While doing so, recite the following mantra:
oṁ a ā i ī u ṛi ṛī ḷi ḷī e ai o au aṁ svāhā
This is the practice from among the practices of Nairatmya.
